摘要
本文介绍了三台电机同步控制的几种方案,重点分析了PLC及变频器在悬挂输送链电机同步控制中的应用。由于使用了位置与速度双闭环控制及触摸屏显示,系统具有安全可靠、功能完善、操作简便等优点,取得了良好的经济效益。
This paper introduces a few programs of synchronous control in three motors, major analyzes application of PLC and Inverters in hanging conveyer chain control. Because of use position and speed two close control and POD display, this system has advantages of safety, reliability, perfect function, convenience operation and gain remarkable economy benefit.
