摘要
本文比较了机组式轮转凹版印刷机七电机张力控制装置的传统设计方案后,结合了三菱新开发的内置卷取功能的专用变频的基础上,提出了用三菱专用变频和PLC构成一种新的多CPU分级控制并行算法的张力控制新方案。并在凹版印刷机上已顺利调试成功。实践证明该方案的张力控制响应速度至少可以提高10倍以上,而成本却可以减少。并且在将来的无轴控制(shaftless)上具有较好的应用开发前景。
This article is a new tension control method proposal applying parallel algorithm of multi-CPU hierarchical control through the application of Mitsubishi inverter together with PLC control. It is based on the traditional design of seven motors, multi-unit rotary gravure printing machine that applies newly built-in winding function of Mitsubishi inverter. The proposal has been proved to be successful in commissioning the gravure printing machine. In the practice of tension control, the response time can be improved at least 10 times or higher but reduction in cost. This kind of application will have better prospects in shaft less gravure printing machine.
