Setting up full-time education nurses to promote health education

目的:通过专职教育护士的设立,深化医院健康教育。方法:设立专职教育护士,制定相应的职责功能管理考评制度。结果:使医院的健康教育工作规范化、具体化,提高医院健康服务质量,拓展护理的服务领域,提高护士健康教育的能力。结论:专职教育护士的设立能深化医院的健康教育。

Objective： To promote health education by assigning full-time education nurses. Methods： We set up the position for full-time education nurses, and established the managemet system including job description, administration and evaluation. Results： After assigning full-time education nurse, health education work was standardized and detailed.The care quality also improved, and nurses professional fields were expanded. Nurses＇ health education ability improved, too. Conclusion： Assigning full-time education nurse could promote health education.
