摘要
目的:探讨新护士夜班观察抢救过程中存在的问题及提高观察抢救能力的方法。方法:将2008年8月工作的40名新护士作为观察组,对她们独立值夜班前观察抢救能力进行评估,针对不足,采取应急流程指引、开展情景模拟训练及分期分批进入急诊室、ICU轮转等途径进行培训。将2007年8月工作的40名新护士作为对照组,采用传统的跟班制培训。使用自编问卷对两组新护士进行自我评价和同事满意度调查。结果:观察组在病情观察、危重患者抢救配合、应急能力等方面的自我评价高于对照组(P<0.01),同事对新护士的满意度评价中,观察组的评分高于对照组(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论:注重新护士夜班观察抢救能力的评估及培训,可提高新护士的业务素质和工作能力,保证夜间护理工作质量和安全。
Objective: To discuss the problems of the observation and rescue capability of the new night shift nurses and to look for countermeasures. Methods: 40 nurses who started career in August 2008 were taken as the observation group. Based on their insufficiency in the observation and rescue capability which was assessed when they worked as night shift nurses independently, training methods such as taking emergency guideline, carrying out simulation training scenarios, and training in the emergency room and ICU were carded out. 40 nurses who started career in August 2007 were taken as the control group. They received training by joining regular night shifts traditionally. Self-evaluation and colleagues' satisfaction survey were carried out using self-designed questionnaire. Results: The self-evaluation of condition observation capability, rescue capability and emergency capability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.01 ). The colleague satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.001). The difference has statistical significance. Conclusion: Focus on the assessment and training of the o_b,servation and rescue capability of the new night shift nurses could improve new nurses professional quality and work ability, and ensure the night shift nursing quality and security.
