摘要 介绍了高完整性压力保护系统(下文简称HIPPS)和其在海洋工程开发中的应用以及生命周期内的管理活动,包括如风险分析、安全要求规范的编制、设计和工程开发、安装、调试、验证、运营和维护、更新改造和弃用等。 The paper introduced the high integrity pressure protection system (HIPPS) and its application in offshore installations as well as lifecycle management of HIPPS which including risk analysis and safety requirement specification preparation, design and engineering, installation, commissioning, validation, operation and maintenance, modification and decommissioning.
