摘要 转子设计是碎浆机设计的关键环节。运用Pro/E软件对碎浆转子进行精确的有限元分析和结构优化,研究转子运动过程中的应力和变形情况,通过灵敏度分析筛选对应力和形变敏感的结构参数,并通过结构分析对转子结构参数进行优化设计。 Rotor design is a key link of pulper design, this article mainly introduces the finite element analysis and structure optimal design of the new pulper rotor based on Pro/E. On the base of three-dimensional modeling adopting parametric design, finite element analysis by Mechanica module is studied to analyse the stress and strain during the rotor motion, finding the stress focus on the junction between the vane and column, and the strain is mainly on the edge of the vane. And structural analysis of the rotor is adopting to optimize the design parameters which are determined by sensitivity analysis. Through optimization study, the thickness of the vane and thread pitch is 3.254mm and 116.732mrn. Experiments show that the pulp concentration of the new rotor raise to 15%, saving energy effective about 20%, and the effect of cut and damage on secondary, fiber is small.
