摘要
对具有输出缓冲排队的扩展Banyan网络结构的性能进行了全面的计算机模拟研究.重点考察了业务参数、网络结构参数以及级数的增加对一个三级OB-EBN(Out-putBufering-ExtendedBanyanNetwork)结构性能的影响,得出了相应的结论.
In this paper, the performance of a largescale ATM switching fabric using the Extended Banyan Network(EBN) architecture with output buffering has been studied under bursty traffic loading by computer simulations. The effects of the traffic parameters, the structure parameters, and the change in the number of stage on performnace of the EBN which consists of OutputBuffered SWEs(OBEBN) are presented and some results are obtained. These may be of practical interest of the engineering design of largescale ATM swithcing fabrics based on the EBN.
