摘要
初步探讨一种将乙醇制浆和乙醇发酵相结合的生物制浆方法,乙醇发酵和草类原料预处理同步进行,在乙醇发酵过程中,利用发酵产物(乙醇、有机酸、盐类、二氧化碳和余热)对麦草进行预处理,用于分离木素和制备纸浆,经实验测得在蒸煮效果(细浆得率55%、卡伯值60)相同的条件下,经过预处理的秸秆制浆所需的蒸煮温度(165℃)要比未经过预处理的制浆温度(185℃)低20℃,保温时间少10min,有助于减少制浆成本,促进乙醇法制浆技术的推广,减少传统造纸企业的环境污染。
A biological methods of pulping was studied preliminarily by combining of ethanol pulping and ethanol fermentation, Ethanol fermentation and pretreatment of straw material were carried outxhi, meanwhile, taking alcohol fermentation product (ethanol, organic acids and salts, heat and carbon dioxide) use for pretreatment of wood or non-wood in order to separate lignin for pulping preparation. The experimental results showed that under the same effect of the cooking (the yield of screened pulp is 55% and kappa number is 60), the cooking temperature(165℃) of pretreated wheat straw was lower for 20℃ than without pretreatment(185℃) and holding time was less for lOmin. The method of pulping could reduce costs, popularize ethanol pulping technologies and decrease environmental pollution of raditional paper-making industry.
