摘要
用碱法草浆黑液配制的制浆造纸废水对自制IC厌氧反应器进行启动,探索IC厌氧反应器的快速启动规律,缩减IC厌氧反应器启动时间。反应器经过26天的运行启动成功。进水COD浓度稳定在8000mg·L-1,HRT缩减到8h,容积负荷达到24.6kg·(m·3d)-1,产气量为13500mL·d-1,可降解性COD的去除率在65%左右。容积负荷在16~21天时间段从12.4kg·(m·3d)-1提高到24.37kg·(m3·d)-1,提升速度最快。
In order to explore the quick-start-up of the internal circulation anaerobic reactor and cut short the start-up time of the anaerobic reactor, the experiment utilized pulp and paper wastewater, composed of black liquid, to start up internal circulation anaerobic reactor. After 26 days, the reactor was operated successfully, the COD of the influent was preserved at 8 000mg·L^-1, the hydraulic residence time (HRT) was cut short to 8h, the volumetric loading reached 24.6 kg·(m^3·d)^-1, the gas production reached 13 500mL·d^-1, the removal rate of biodegradable COD is about 65%. Among the time (16-21d),the volumetric loading improved severely from 12.4 kg·(m^3·d)^-1 to 24.37 kg·(m^3·d)^-1.
