摘要
运用DX-200生物电阻抗人体成分分析仪对30名中年女子身体成分进行测定,并比较经常参加大众健美操和有氧操舞运动对身体成分的影响,结果表明通过经常性的大众健美操或有氧操舞运动,可以使运动者身体脂肪比例下降,改善身体成分,同时参加大众健美操锻炼还可以使瘦体重增加,使运动者的体型趋向健美。
30middle-aged females were tested by DX-200 human body-component analyzer,and comparation between teams of the crowd aerobics and aerobics dance was done.The results show that the crowd aerobics or aerobics dance regularly can not only reduce fat,but also improve body composition.At the same time,the crowd aerobics can increase LBM and make their shape perfectly.
