基于风险的智能维修在石化企业中的应用

基于风险的智能维修(RBIM)是一种优化的维修方法,它以设备管理信息化平台为工具,依靠状态监测和故障诊断技术,实行以预防性、预测性为主的维护方法,在维护中充分利用风险分析(RCM/RBI)手段,最大程度发挥设备性能,提高设备运行的可靠性,降低维护成本。针对石化企业设备特点,介绍了RBIM的应用及发展前景。

Risk-based intelligent maintenance is a maintenance method of optimization.This method takes equipment management information platform as a tool,primarily by implementing preventive and predictability maintenance method.It adequately uses risk analysis（RCM/RBI） technique in maintenance to play the plant performance in a maximal degree,which results in not only improvement of plant reliability but also substantial cost savings.This paper introduces the application of RBIM and its development prospects according to the equipment characteristics in petrochemical enterprise.
