标准蜂箱改良设计及其对意蜂春繁、产浆和转运效果的影响

Improvement of standar bee-hive and influence on the effect of spring build-up、royal jelly production and transportation (Apis mellifera ligustica)

本研究通过对标准蜂箱的巢门、箱体、巢框和上下箱体连接器等方面进行了改良设计,然后系统研究了改良后的标准蜂箱对意蜂春繁和产浆性能的影响,同时比较了改良标准箱与常用标准箱的转运效率。结果表明:改良标准蜂箱,使双王群春繁效果提高了32.3%(p<0.05),蜂王浆产量提高了28.8%(p<0.05);改良标准蜂箱的转运效率提高了100%～150%。

In this study, we improved the entrance,body,frame and linker of standard bee-hive.Then, we studyed the spring build-up and the royal jelly production of the standar bee-hive,and compared the efficiency of transporting between the improved standar bee-hive and the commonly standar bee-hive. The results tell us that the effect of bee＇s build-up in spring has increased 32.3% （p〈0.05） and the outcome of royal jelly has increased 28.8% （p〈0.05） with two-queen colony in improved standar bee-hive, the transporting efficiency of improved standar bee-hive has raised 100%-150%.
