蜂胶抑制血管生成的作用及其机理
摘要
本文对蜂胶抑制血管生成的作用及可能的机制进行了综述。研究结果表明,蜂胶可能通过抑制细胞外存活信号ERK1/2,活化caspase-3途径促进内皮细胞凋亡,抑制内皮细胞增生而发挥抑制血管生成的功效;蜂胶及其组分作为治疗包括肿瘤在内的与血管生成有关疾病药物的开发具有潜在的价值。
