The essay is developed based on survey on the credit card development situation of Guangdong, Guangxi ,Hainan and the willingness of using credit card spending of residents there. This essay also analyses and summarizes the main factors of restraining residents＇ willingness of using credit card spending and come up with suggestions on promoting the residents＇ willingness of using credit card spending.
