According to GB/T （（Rapid determination of melamine in raw milk High performance liquid chromatography method-DRAFT））, we deposited protein and distilled melamine in raw milk sample by using acetonitrile, separated melamine by strong cation exchange column, determined by UV-detector, and then we have accurately analyzed melamine in raw milk. The validation data shows that the recovery rate of samples, the repetitiveness and reproducibility are content with the requirement of 《GB/T Rapid determination of melamine in raw milk high performance liquid chromatography method-DRAFT》.
