住院病人梅毒感染状况调查分析

Analysis of in-Patient Syphilis Infection

目的探讨我院2003～2008年间住院病人的梅毒感染状况,并对其流行病学的特征进行分析。方法对我院2003年1月～2008年12月间住院病人中梅毒患者的病例资料进行回顾性统计分析。结果我院在6年间发现1713例梅毒患者,其中显性梅毒635例、先天梅毒16例、隐性梅毒1040例、神经梅毒22例,住院患者的梅毒检出率逐年上升,尤其潜伏梅毒增幅最明显;梅毒患者中男性1078例,女性635例,男女两者比例1.7∶1,梅毒各年龄段患病人数基本上是随年龄增大而增多,1～10岁年龄段例外;梅毒患者广泛分布于我院各个科室,神经梅毒分别分布于皮肤科、感染科、康复科、外科和内科,而先天梅毒则全部集中在儿科。结论住院病人中梅毒检出率呈逐年上升趋势,潜伏梅毒在住院患者中数量最多、分布较广。常规对住院病人进行梅毒筛查试验是及早发现梅毒并防止其传播的有效措施之一。

Objective To investigate in-patient syphilis infection from 2003 to 2008,and to analyze epidemiological characteristics. Methods The medical records of patients with syphilis from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 1713 cases of syphilis,635 cases were of dominant syphilis,16 cases of congenital syphilis,1040 cases of latent syphilis and 22 cases of neurosyphilis in our hospital during 6 years. The detection rate of syphilis patient was increased year by year,especially an increase in latent syphilis. In 1713 cases of syphilis 1078 cases were of male and 635 cases of women,with the male to female proportion of 1.7： 1. Syphilis patients of all ages were increased with increasing age except the age group of 1 to 10 years. Patients with syphilis were distributed widely in various departments in our hospital. Neurosyphilis patients were in dermatology department,infectious department, rehabilitation department, surgery and internal medicine, and all congenital syphilis patients were in the pediatric department. Conclusion The detection rate of syphilis patients shows an upward trend year after year,the number of hospitalized patients with latent syphilis is the largest,and patients with syphilis are widely distributed. Routine syphilis screening of in-patients by using early detection test is one of the effective measures to prevent the spread of syphilis.
