小切口复位交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨干骨折

Small Incision Reset and Interlocking Intramedullary Nail in Treatment of Lower Extremity Long Bone Fracture

目的探讨小切口复位交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨干骨折的效果。方法对2003年1月～2007年6月期间54例下肢长骨干骨折应用小切口复位交锁髓内钉治疗,术后3～5d开始应用CPM进行关节功能锻炼。结果本组54例骨折均达到或接近解剖对位。随访10～26个月,平均14个月。骨折愈合时间3～6个月,平均4个月。无骨折延迟愈合、无断钉、骨髓腔感染、脂肪栓塞、关节僵硬及再次骨折等并发症。结论小切口复位交锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨干骨折具有创伤小、手术技巧要求不高、对位准确、固定坚强、骨折愈合率高、能早期活动、感染率低等优点,是治疗下肢长骨干骨折较好的方法,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the small incision reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment of long bone fracture treatment. Methods From January 2003 to June 2007 during the 54 patients with lower limb fractures application of small incision reset interlocking intramednllary nail treatment, three to five days after the beginning of CPM applications for joint exercise. Results 54 cases of fracture or close to each bit of anatomy. Follow-up of 10 to 26 months,with an average of 14 months. Fracture healing time for 3 to 6 months, an average of 4 months. No delay in bone healing,no broken nails,the bone marrow cavity infection,fat embolism,joint stiffness and re-fracture,and other complications. Conclusion The small incision reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail treatment of lower extremity long bone fractures with less trauma and surgical techniques do not ask for much,bit accurate,fixed-strong,high rate of fracture healing, to the early, low rate of infection is the treatment of lower limb fracture better way, it is worth in clinical use.
