摘要
发展循环经济是中央落实科学发展观,实现可持续发展的战略目标和手段;同时也是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的重要途径。行政事业单位在全面推行循环经济的时候,更应该从自身做起,从身边做起、大力推行绿色办公,以自身的表率作用来带动全社会的循环经济发展,落实科学发展观。本文试图从循环经济与绿色办公的关系、制约绿色办公的因素以及如何推进绿色办公三个方面阐述绿色办公对循环经济的促进作用。
The circular economy is the central government to carry out the scientific development concept, and achieves the sustainable development strategic target as well as the measures; Meanwhile, it＇s also an important way to construct the resource conservation and the environmental friendly society. During the Administrative Institution is comprehensive- ly carrying out the circular economy, it should be started from itselves, started by the side of themselves, and carried out the green office vigorously, led the whole society for the circular economic development by own model function, and cartied out the scientific development concept. This article attempts from the relations between circular economy and green office, to find how the restriction factor of green office as well as advancing the green office from three aspects to elaborate the promoted action of circular economy by green office.
