摘要
利用PA6及玻璃纤维(GF)作原料,采用环氧树脂作为界面相容剂,用玻纤表面粘附层厚度可表征与玻纤的界面粘接的强弱,研究相容剂对PA6复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入少量环氧树脂可明显提高GFPA的力学性能,通过对冲击测试断口分析得出,环氧树脂的加入提高了GF与PA6的粘接强度。
Using PA6 and glass fiber as raw materials,epoxy resin as the compatibilizer,the interfacial adhesion of matrix and glass fiber was characterized by the thickness of surface adhesion of glass fiber. The effect of compatibilizer on the thickness of surface adhesion of glass fiber and mechanical properties of the composites was studied. The results showed that adding epoxy resin,the compatibility of glass fiber and PA6 was improved. Analysis of impact testing fracture showed that epoxy resin addition would improve interracial adhesion of glass fiber with PA6.
