摘要 油井管是油田装备中用量最大、花费最多的石油物资,其质量好坏直接影响着油田的开发效益和油、气井的安全可靠性和使用寿命,对石油工业的发展非常重要。对超高分子量聚乙烯内衬复合管的防蜡、防偏磨等各种特性进行了综合分析,考察了超高分子量聚乙烯内衬复合管的应用效果,证明超高分子量聚乙烯内衬复合管在油井中应用的可行性。 The oil well pipe was the largest amount and the most spent oil supplies in oil field equipment. Its quality directly affected the development efficiency of oil field and the Security,reliability and life of the Oil and gas wells. So it was very important for the development of petroleum industry. The anti-wax, anti-migraine characteristics of UHMWPE were comprehensivily analysised. The application effect of UHMWPE lined pipes was studied. The feasibility of UHMWPE lined pipes' application in oil wells was proved.
