溶液与熔融相结合合成脂肪族聚酯

Aliphatic Polyesters Synthesized by Solution Polycondensation Combined with Melt Polycondensation

摘要 采用溶液与熔融结合法合成了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)、聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA)、聚癸二酸丁二醇酯(PBSe)。采用1H NMR对聚合物结构进行表征,采用凝胶渗透色谱、热重分析和万能实验机测定PBS的相对分子质量及分布、热稳定性和力学性能。实验结果表明:聚酯的数均分子量都在5万以上,热分解起始温度均在300℃以上,断裂伸长率都大于300%,其中PBA更是超过了400%;结构对称性是熔点和生物降解性的主要影响因素,碳链的长短是热分解的主要影响因素。 Three aliphatic polyesters poly ( butylene succinate ) (PBS) , poly ( butylene adipate ) ( PBA ) and Poly ( butylene sebacate) (PBSe) were synthesized by solution polycondensation combined with melt polycondensation. Chemical structures of the products were characterized by ~H NMR. Three aliphatic polyesters with the number average molecular weight was over 50, 000,the initial thermal decomposition temperature was over 300 ℃ and the elongation at break was over 300 % , among them PBA was more than 400 %. The results showed that structural symmetry was main influence factors on melting point and biodegradability, but carbon chain length was main influence factors on thermal decomposition.
