摘要
针对一种新型PVC-O管材生产方法,从理论上计算扩胀过程管壁内的应力分布,并研究扩胀PVC管坯的最佳工艺参数。讨论两种不同扩胀比下管材与未扩胀管坯的强度变化。按照弹性理论计算,扩胀时管壁内的应力近似为线性分布,其中环向应力近似为均匀分布。扩胀后的PVC-O管材强度和弹性模量都有明显提高,但断裂伸长率降低;且变化的幅度随着扩胀比的提高而增大。通过对PVC管坯扩胀参数的优化,可以获得外观优良,强度提高明显的PVC-O管材。
Based on a new expansion technology of PVC-O pipe,the stress distribution in pipe wall during expansion was analyzed theoretically. According to the theoretical calculation result, the optimal parameter and strength variation in different expansion ratio were studied experimentally. After expansion, the intensity and young' s modulus increased, but the elongation at break reduced. Fine-appearance and high-intensity PVC-O pipe could be got by optimize the expansion parameter.
