摘要 采用单辊旋淬法制备了Al88Ni4Y6Er2非晶合金,用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热(DSC)测试手段研究了Al88Ni4Y6Er2非晶合金晶化过程中的动力学性能。发现Al88Ni4Y6Er2非晶合金晶化温度Tx与升温速率通过Vogel-Fulcher-Tammnann公式拟合后满足非线性关系。并根据Tx01≈Tk这种近似关系,求得Al88Ni4Y6Er2非晶合金的Kauzmann温度Tk为401 K,由此推断出VFT温度T0不大于401 K。 Al88Ni4Y6Er2 amorphous alloys were pre- pared by melt-spinning method. Kinetic behaviour of the Al88Ni4Y6Er2 alloy was studied by Kissinger and Vogel-Fulcher-Tammnann (VFT) analysis. The heat- ing rate dependence of crystallization temperature of the Al88Ni4Y6Er2 ErE amorphous alloy was found to follow the VFT nonlinear relationship rather than Kissinger's linear fitting. Due to T0≈ T1, ideal glass transition and crystallization temperatures were obtained from the extension of VFT analysis. The value of Tk was 401 K, and maximum of To was not larger 401 K.
