含钇银合金硫化腐蚀行为的研究及其对力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用扫描电镜、能谱分析和电子力学性能等测试分析手段,研究了添加钇的银合金在常温下浸泡在0.1 mol.L-1Na2S溶液中的硫化腐蚀行为及其对合金力学性能的影响。研究表明,添加钇的银合金腐蚀层分为两层,外层为氧化层,以Cu2O为主,内层为硫化层,以Cu2S为主。添加钇的银合金在常温,16 d腐蚀预处理后,室温拉伸性能与未腐蚀的银合金相比,抗拉强度提高到275 MPa,延伸率基本保持不变。 Scanning electron microscopy, energy dis- persive spectrum and test of electronic and mechanical performance were used to analyze sulfuration corrosion behavior and mechanical properties of sliver alloy with Y addition dipped in 0.1 mol·L-1 Na2 S at room tem- perature for 16 d. The results showed that the corro- sion surface was made up of two layers. The top layer was mainly composed was mainly composed the alloy for 16 d of oxides, and the inner layer of sulfides. The immersion of in the 0.1 mol·L-1 Na2S at room temperature strengthened the tensile properties to 275 MPa, and the elongation pared with the silver alloy was kept unchanged com- without corrosion.
