摘要
钽合金具有高密度、耐高温、强度高和良好的加工性能、断裂韧性、耐蚀性等优点,是航空、航天、化工、核工业、高温技术等领域不可缺少的重要材料,具有很好的应用前景。研究了摆辗成形钽合金零件的方法,讨论了摆角、摆辗时间等参数对摆辗成形的影响,分析了摆辗成形时出现壁厚尺寸偏差和折叠缺陷的原因,同时也提出了相应的解决措施。
Ta-W alloy possessed many advantages, such as high density, high temperature resistant, high strength, good processability, good fracture tough- ness, and erosion resistance, etc. It was an important and indispensable material to be used in the aviation, spaceflight, chemical industry, nuclear industry, and the field of high temperature technology. It had good application prospect. A process of rotary forging for- mation of Ta-W alloy parts was studied. The effect of swing angle and rotary forging time on rotary forging formation was discussed. The defects such as the size deviation of wall thickness and fold were analyzed. The corresponding solutions were presented.
