摘要
采用入户访谈和问卷访谈的方式对北京市低收入者的生活进行调研,通过分析其生活特点和居住需求,总结对廉租房建筑设计的启示。
The author investigates the life of Beijing lowincome people by both household investigation and questionnaire. The analysis of those people＇s habitation demand and the identity of life bring about enlightenment for low-rent housing design.
