摘要
以上海市低收入住房困难家庭的居住生活行为为对象,通过实态调查和主成分分析,得到各行为空间的满意度,并指出它们的相对重要性,揭示廉租房设计中需要解决的主要问题。
Through spot-field investigation and principal component analysis of the daily life behavior in low-income family with housing difficulty in Shanghai, the investigator gains different degree of satisfaction in different space with different daily life, from which the spaces will be evaluated according to its importance. The resuIts of research reveal the main problems to be solved in low-rent housing design.
