基于邻里社会资本重构的城市住区空间探讨

Urban Residential District Space Based on Reorganization of Neighborhood Social Resources

从邻里社会资本的角度切入当下城市住区邻里退化的问题和成因,进而辨明邻里社会资本的效用及其重构的价值取向,并以此为基础提出社会网络与邻里空间体系的对照框架,结合调研反馈对住区空间形态重塑提出若干策略讨论。

From angle of the social resources, this paper gives account of the issue and cause of the degeneration of present neighborhood in urban housing district, the utility of social resources in neighborhood, and the orientation of its values while reconstructing. It makes comparison between social network and neighborhood space system, and brings forward some tactics for spatial reconstruction of housing district by investigation and feedback.
