自体颗粒脂肪注射隆乳术后病理分析一例
摘要
20世纪80年代，自体脂肪移植隆乳术开始流行，但临床上对于这种技术的应用仍存在争议。主要是因为对注射后脂肪成活与否及其转归不甚明了。同时这种手术也带来了一些并发症，如血肿、感染、肉芽肿、纤维化㈨、钙化、非钙化的复杂性脂性肾变病和油脂囊肿。我们对1例自体脂肪移植隆乳术后并发乳房包块的患者进行处理和分析，现报道如下。
