摘要
目的:观察过敏性紫癜患者血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ib/Ⅸ/Ⅴ复合物及其组分GP Ibα的表达。方法:采用流式细胞术(flowcytometry,FCM)检测51例过敏性紫癜患者和23例正常对照组血小板GPIb/Ⅸ/Ⅴ复合物及其组分GPIbα的表达,采用比浊法检测血小板最大聚集率(MA)。结果:与正常对照组相比,过敏性紫癜患者GP Ib/Ⅸ/Ⅴ复合物和GP IbαMFI均显著降低(P<0.001),血小板聚集率则明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:过敏性紫癜患者血小板存在异常活化,导致血小板聚集性增强,从而导致或加重了血管病变。血小板GP Ib/Ⅸ/Ⅴ复合物作为凝血酶受体,可能参与了过敏性紫癜的发生、发展。
Objective:To investigate the expression of platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP)Ib/ IX/V complex and its constituent GP Ibαin patients with anaphylactoid purpura. Methods:The expressions of platelet GP Ib/IX/V complex and GP Ibαin peripheral blood were determined by flow cytometry, and platelet maximum agglutination (MA)by turbidity method. Results:Compared to healthy subjects, the expressions of GP Ib/IX/V complex, GP Ibαin anaphylactoid purpura patients were significantly decreased ( P 〈 0. 001 ), whereas platelet MA was remarkably increased (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: abnormal activation of platelet is existed in patients with anaphylactoid puroura. GP Ib/IX/V complex may contribute to the development of anaphylactoid purpura.
