摘要
目的:通过探讨Th1/Th2型细胞因子与斑秃发病机制的关系,为斑秃治疗新策略提供有力的实验依据。方法:应用酶标法检测IFN-γ、IL-12、IL-4等细胞因子的表达水平。结果:①重型斑秃、轻型斑秃的IFN-γ(Th1型细胞因子)表达水平均较正常对照组有所升高,且差异有统计学意义。②重型斑秃的IL-12(Th1)的表达水平较正常对照组明显升高,且差异有统计学意义。③重型斑秃、轻型斑秃Th2型细胞因子IL-4表达水平均较正常对照组有所降低,且差异有统计学意义。结论:在斑秃的发病中,存在着Th1/Th2型细胞因子的表达失衡,其中重型斑秃表现为典型的Th1型反应特征。轻型斑秃Th1/Th2型细胞因子表达轻度失衡,Th1型反应可能也参与了轻型斑秃的发病。
Objective:To study the role between Th1/Th2 cytokines in alopecia areata (AA) and to understand their role in AA pathogenesis. Methods: the serum levels of cytokines IFN - γ, IL- 12 and IL- 12 were measured by enzyme -linked immunoabsorbent assays (ELISA) tech- nique. Results:Serum levels of IFN -γ( Th1 type) in all AA patients, mile or severe, were significantly higher than those in controls; Serum levels of IL -12(Th1 type) in severe types of AA pa- tients were significantly higher than those in controls, but the difference between localized AA and controls was not significant. Serum levels of IL -4 (Th2 type) in AA patients were lower than those in controls. There was no significant difference between localized AA and severe AA. Conclusion :There are the imbalances of Th1/Th2 cytokines in the pathogenesis of AA, The study indicates a predominant Thl type of T- lymphocyte activation in severe AA, yet mild in localized AA. It is closely correlated with disease severity wherein more obvious imbalance was found in severe types of AA.
