疖肿型皮肤非洲蝇蛆病1例(附文献复习)

Case report:Furuncular Cutaneous Myiasis Caused in a Worker Returning From Africa

报道由南非传入的狂蝇幼虫致皮肤蝇蛆病一例。患者于南非工作半年,回国后右侧肩部出现皮下结节伴痛痒,自行抓破皮损并挤出虫体。局部外用莫匹罗星软膏治疗后痊愈。复习全球人类皮肤蝇蛆病的流行病学、病例特点及诊治,以供临床参考。

We report a case of a 32 - year - old man with cutaneous myiasis imported into China from South Africa. The patient had a history of pain and redness armpit for 1 week. An unknown parasite was squeezed out of the lesion by the patient himself, and it was identified as a larva of North American botfly, a member in the family of Oestridae. The patient was treated with topical mupirocin ointment for preventing secondary bacterial infection, and made a complete recoverT. The epidemiologic patterns, clinical features, diagnosis and therapy of global human cutaneous myiasis were reviewed to alert our clinical and laboratory staff.
