健康促进干预对门诊手术病人遵医行为的影响

The influence of healthy promotion intervention on the effect of outpatients' medical behavior

目的探讨健康促进干预对提高门诊手术病人遵医行为的作用。方法选取240例在我院行门诊手术的外科病人进行针对性干预,采用自行设计的调查问卷,在开展健康促进干预前后使用相同的问卷对病人的一般资料、健康知识知晓率、遵医情况等进行2次调查,所得数据进行统计学处理。结果干预后病人的遵医行为明显提高,经统计学分析干预前后比较P<0.01,差异有极显著性意义。结论实施健康促进干预可提高病人的遵医行为,增加对围手术期特定知识的认识,改变不良的健康行为,使其行为向有利于健康的方向发展。

Objective To investigate the effect of health promotion on the medical compliant behavior of the operation patients in out-patient department. Methods 240 cases of operation patients in out-patient department were subjected to healthy promotion intervention, a questiomlaire was designed to investigate the outpatients＇ general data, health knowledge and medical compliant behavior before and after the intervention. The obtained data was statistically treated. ResuIts There was an obvious improvement on patient＇ s medical compliant behavior after healthy promotion intervention, the statistic analysis showed that there was a significant different before and after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of healthy promotion intervention can improve the medical compliant behaviors, learn the special knowledge about operation, change bad living habits and lead to better health-promoting lifestyles.
