摘要
建立了测定工业循环水中微量铝的铬天青S(CAS)分光光度检测方法。通过实验得到了测定的最佳条件,并寻求到消除氟、铁、铜干扰的解决方法。此方法被成功用于某热电厂冷却循环水处理前后的微量铝含量变化的测定,结果显示测定的相对标准偏差在0.84%~2.44%之间,而加标回收率则在94.9%~103.0%之间,具有良好的重现性和准确性。
A method for rapid determination of trace aluminium in industrial recycling water using CAS spectrometry was established. The optimal experimental conditions were obtained and the solutions to eliminate the interferences of fluoride, iron and copper were found. This method was successfully applied to determine trace aluminium in cooling recycling water from thermo electrical industry before and after disposal. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.84 %-2,44 % and the spiked recovery of real samples was 94.9 %-103.0 %. The method showed good reproducibility and accuracy.
