摘要
为了给国内某企业开发印度尼西亚某海滨铁矿砂提供依据,对该铁矿砂进行了矿石性质研究和可选性试验。研究结果表明:该铁矿砂中主要金属矿物为钛磁铁矿、钛铁矿和赤铁矿;采用湿式预选—磨矿—磁选工艺流程,在-325目76.63%的磨矿细度下,可获得铁精矿产率为59.50%,TFe品位为60.28%,回收率为76.13%的较好选别指标。
In order to provide a foundation to explore the iron sands of an Indonesia beach for domestic enterprises, researches on the ore prosperity and the related beneficiability experiment are carried out. The results showed that the main metallic minerals are titanomagnetite, ilmenite and hematite in iron sands. Then the technical process consisting of wet preconcentration-grinding-magnetic separation is adopted. When the grinding size was above 76.63 % - 325 mesh, a good performance can be achieved with Fe concentrate yield of 59.50 % , Fe grade of 60.28% and iron recovery of 76.13 %.
