摘要
针对铜冠物流公司的现状以及各二级单位存在管理、服务水平低而且还各自为政、相互恶性竞争等问题,提出以"整合资源、集中管理、组建物流分公司"的思路来解决以上问题。着重论述了内外部重组的方式方法。内部重组着重强调资源的整合、集中管理,突出组织间的联系和管理层次,着重市场开发和客户的管理,提升企业的综合素质;外部重组着重强调与外部的联系、沟通。最后提出借助物流重组增强企业竞争力的动态机制。
In light of the present situation of Tongguan Logistics Co. , Ltd. and the problems in its secondary-level units such as low management and service level, doing things in each one's own way and mutual bad competition, a solution is proposed which includes "resource integration, concentrated management and setting-up of logistics branch companies". The modes of internal and external organization are highlighted. Internal reorganization lays stress on resource integration and concentrated management, which gives prominence to the organizational relation and management levels and attaches importance to market development and client management, aiming to improve the enterprise's comprehensive quality. The external reorganization lays stress on the external contact and channeling. Finally, it is proposed to enhance the dynamic mechanism of enterprise's competitive power by means of logistics reorganization.
