摘要
为提高梅山铁矿硫酸渣的附加值,进行了以该硫酸渣为原料,用选矿方法生产氧化铁红的试验研究。试验采用筛分分级—筛下预磨—漂洗—超细磨—碳硫钙镁反浮选—硅反浮选工艺,获得了Fe2O3含量达98.19%,SiO2含量为0.48%的磁材级氧化铁红和Fe2O3含量为95.06%,SiO2含量为0.83%的颜料级氧化铁红,而筛分筛上产品和反浮选泡沫产品可直接作为铁精矿。
To improve the additional value of the pyrite cinder of Meishan Iron Mine, test was made on producing iron oxide red bv benefieiation process eonsisting of screening, pre-grinding of screen undersize fraction, rinsing, ultra fine grinding, reverse flotation of carbon, sulfur, calcium and magnesium, and reverse flotation of silicon. Iron oxide red of magnetic material grade containing 98.19% Fe2O3 and 0. 48% SiO2 and that of pigment grade containing 95.06% Fe2O3 and 0.83% SiO2 were obtained, and the screen oversize product and the froth product of reverse flotation can be directly sold as iron concentrate.
