摘要
目的探讨参桂活血汤对急性心肌梗死(AMI)大鼠神经内分泌因子的影响。方法通过结扎冠状动脉前降支建立AMI模型大鼠,AMI后24h存活的36只大鼠随机分为:对照组、模型组和治疗组,每组12只。治疗组每日用参桂活血汤灌胃1次,治疗2周,对照组和模型组灌胃等量的0.9%氯化钠溶液。测量各组神经内分泌因子:去甲肾上腺素(NE)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNT-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、细胞可溶性凋亡因子(sFas)。结果与对照组比较,模型组NE、AngⅡ、TNT-α、IL-6、sFas含量明显增高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治疗组NE、AngⅡ、TNT-α、IL-6、sFas含量降低(P<0.01)。结论心肌梗死后,NE、AngⅡ、TNT-α、IL-6、sFas含量明显增高;参桂活血汤有降低NE、AngⅡ、TNT-α、TNT-α、IL-6、sFas含量,增强心肌收缩力、改善心血管生理的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Shenguihuoxue decoction on neuroendocrine factor in the acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in rats.Methods AMI models were established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery in male SD rats.24 hours after the procedure,the 36 surviving rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and experiment group.The neuroendocrine factor was detected.Results As compared with that of control group,the neuroendocrine factor was significantly increased in AMI group after two weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; as compared with that in model group, the neuroendocrine factor was decreased significantly in AMI group after two weeks( P 〈 0.01 ), Conclusion After AMI, the contents of NE, Ang II , TNT-α, IL-6 and sFas areobviously increase, while Shenguihuoxuedecoction can reduce the contents of NE, Ang II , TNT-α, TNT-α, IL-6 and sFas,and can enhance myocardial contractive power and improve cardiovascular physiological effects.
