摘要 目的探讨健康人窦性心率震荡的昼夜规律及其与性别的关系。方法43例非器质性心脏病的正常人,其中男22例,年龄40~70岁,平均年龄54岁;女21例,年龄42~68岁,平均年龄52岁。男女2组分别按不同的时间段分为3组:第1组(22∶00~5∶59),第2组(6∶00~13∶59)和第3组(14∶00~21∶59)。然后分别计算震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)。观察不同时间、不同性别间心率震荡的差异。结果女性的TO阳性率在夜间和上午高于男性(P<0.05);而男性的TS阳性率在下午高于女性(P<0.05)。结论TO和TS均存在近日节律。 Objective To investigate the day and night rhythm of sinus heart rate turbulence in healthy people and its relationship with sex.Methods 43 healthy subjects without organic heart disease,including 22 males(age range:40~70yr,mean age:54yr)and 21 females(age range:42~68yr,mean age:52yr)were enrolled in the study.These subjects were divided into three groups according to different time points:group 1(22:00~5:59),group 2(6:00~13:59)and group 3(14:00~21:59).Then the turbulance onset(TO)and turbulence slope(TS)were calculated respectively, The differences of heart rate turbulence at different time points and different genders were observed. Results TO positive rates in females were higher than those in males in the evening and morning. There were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05). TS positive rate in men was higher than that in women in the afternoon. There was a significant difference between the two groups( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The TO positive rates in healthy women are higher than those in men in the evening and morning. TS positive rate in men is higher than that in women in the afternoon. Both TO and TS have circadian rhythm.
