腰椎融合后相邻节段改变的生物力学机制 被引量:2

摘要 目的从生物力学角度研究融合内固定对腰椎邻近节段的影响。方法10具新鲜L1~S1尸体标本分别近、远端固定,在生物力学机上模拟人体行屈伸、左右侧弯及旋转活动,观察L4~5、L5~S1节段运动范围;随后L5~S1固定后测各节段运动范围并进行统计学分析。结果L5~S1融合后L3~4、L4~5节段运动范围明显增大;L4~5增大范围明显大于L3~4(P<0.05)。结论脊柱融合内固定术后,相邻节段位移增加,易继发不稳和退变。
