基于新古典理论的土地要素与经济增长的关系

Economic growth with land factors in New-Classical Theory

在新古典经济增长理论的基础上构建了土地要素与经济增长关系模型,提出了土地利用技术和产出土地弹性的概念,并利用这些变量阐述了土地要素对经济增长的影响,通过对经济的稳态增长路径分析得出了土地要素与长期经济增长之间的关系.模型结果显示,土地利用技术的增长有助于推动经济的增长;经济结构对经济增长率有至关重要的影响,经济增长率与经济体对土地要素的依赖性成反比.

In this paper an economic growth model with land factors is set up on the basis of New-Classical Growth Theory. By introducing the concepts of land application technology and output-land elasticity, the relationship between land factors and long-term economic growth is revealed. It is showed that the increase of land application technology is helpful to prompt economic growth. Furthermore, economic structure has important influences on economic growth rate, and the economic growth rate is in reverse to the land dependency ratio of the economy.
