制丝过程对再造烟叶物理及化学性质的影响 被引量:28

摘要 为了更好地指导再造烟叶在卷烟配方中的运用,为再造烟叶制丝生产提供依据,比较了制丝过程中真空回潮、松散回潮、润叶及烘丝工序后再造烟叶和叶片的物理指标、化学指标的变化情况,结果表明:①再造烟叶的吸湿性、保湿性低于片烟;在润叶工序后再造烟叶已与叶片掺配均匀;②再造烟叶的卷曲程度、燃烧速率、填充值随着制丝过程的进行而增加;定量及厚度在加工过程中变化较小;抗张强度随着制丝过程的增加有降低的趋势;③再造烟叶的损耗(1.5%~2.5%)主要在切丝工序;常规化学指标在烘丝工序有小范围的变化,在其余工序基本无变化。 In order to provide reference for inclusion reconstituted tobacco in cigarette blend and processing, the physical and chemical characteristics of reconstituted tobacco and strips were compared after vacuum conditioning, loosening and conditioning, ordering, and cut tobacco drying, the results showed that: 1 ) the moisture absorbing and retaining ability of reconstituted tobacco was lower than that of strips, reconstituted tobacco had already mixed with strips uniformly after ordering; 2) with the proceeding of processing, the crimp, burning rate and filling power of reconstituted tobacco increased, per unit area weight and thickness changed little, while tensile strength decreased ; 3) the waste of reconstituted tobacco (1.5%-2.5%) generated mostly at cutting process, the routine chemical components changed in a small range only at drying process.
