摘要
合成了硅溶胶/丙烯酸羟丙酯杂化溶胶,采用紫外固化工艺,制备了超亲水汽车玻璃涂层。膜层的水接触角小于5°,铅笔硬度达到5H。讨论了硅溶胶浓度、丙烯酸羟丙酯相对含量等对薄膜亲水性、硬度、外观的影响。通过X-射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段表征了膜层的组成和微观结构,分析了膜层的组成和微观结构对其性能的影响。
silica sol/hydroxypropyl acrylate hybrid sol was synthesized and the super- hydrophilic coat- ings for the auto - glass surface were prepared by UV curable technology. The contact angle of coating was lower than 5 ° and the pencil hardness of the coating reached 5 H. The influence of concentration of silica sol and content of hydroxypropyl acrylate on the hydrophilic property, surface hardness and appearance of the film were discussed. The composition and micro - structure of the coatings were characterized by means of XPS, FT - IR and SEM, the influence of which on the film performance was discussed.
