摘要
目的:观察水蔓菁总黄酮(BSTF)对大鼠前列腺炎模型的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为空白对照组,模型组,前列康组,大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组。采用消痔灵注射液建立大鼠前列腺炎模型。在预定的时间点测量各组大鼠24h的饮水量;连续给药22d后,对各组大鼠进行前列腺指数计算,前列腺液中白细胞计数,前列腺匀浆中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平等指标测定。结果:模型组大鼠饮水量显著减少,前列腺腺体指数有所增高,前列腺液中白细胞数显著升高,模型组大鼠前列腺匀浆中IL-2水平和IL-8水平显著升高。大、中、小剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组大鼠饮水量均显著增加,前列腺液中白细胞计数显著降低,前列腺匀浆中IL-2、IL-8水平显著降低;中剂量水蔓菁总黄酮组大鼠前列腺指数明显降低。结论:大、中、小剂量的水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠前列腺炎均有较好的改善与治疗作用,可显著减轻相关症状且有明显的量效关系。大、中剂量水蔓菁总黄酮对大鼠前列腺炎的抑制作用最好。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of bastard speedwell total flavonoids(BSTF)decotion on treating rat Prostatitis model. METHODS 60 rats were randomly devided into 6 groups respectively: normal group, model group, QIAN LIE KANG group, large dosage BSTF group, middle dosage BSTF group, low dosage BSTF group. The rats Prostatitis models were established by injecting hemorrhoid. Measuring the drinking water quantity of each group at scheduled time. On the 22^th day after the rats taking medicine, counting prostate index number, prostatic fluids WBC sum, determining IL-2 and IL-8 level of prostate homogenate. RESULTS Drinking water quantity of model group significantly reduced, prostate glandular organ index number increased, WBC cell sum significantly increased, IL-2 and IL-8 level of prostate homogenate significantly increased. The drinking water quantity of high/middle/low dosage groups was significantly increased, meanwhile, WBC level of liquor prostatieus and IL-2 level or IL-8 level of prostate homogenate significantly degraded in the high/middle/low dosage groups. The prostate glandular organ index number obviously degraded in middle dosage group. CONCLUSION BSTF is effective on prostatitis,it can significantly decrease correlated symptom and significantly improve the prostate tissue change, which have apparente dose-effect relationship. The high/middle dosage groups showed better inhibiting effect on rats prostatitis.
