摘要
对于制造企业来说,生产状态数据及时且准确地反馈是十分重要的,射频识别(RFID)技术的出现对更好地实现这一目标有很大的帮助。设计并实现了一种基于RFID技术的单件生产实验系统的生产状态数据采集系统,对RFID技术在离散生产过程监控中的应用进行了初步探索。
For manufacturing enterprise,timely and accurate feedback of the production state data is very important, the emergence of the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is of great help to achieve this goal better.This paper proposes an RFID-based technology for acquiring production state data of an experimental one-of-a-kind production system,which is a first-step exploration of applying the RFID technology to the supervisory control of discrete manufacturing processes.
