摘要
探讨了PLC和虚拟仪器在烟气浓度连续分析系统中的应用。首先介绍了烟气浓度连续分析系统的控制要求以及相应的器件选型;接着介绍了PLC的控制程序设计以及主机和从机数据通讯部分的程序设计;最后介绍了主机数据存储和显示的程序设计并给出了主机的显示主界面。实践表明,该系统稳定性好,可靠性高,操作简便,具有良好的应用前景。
This paper researches the application of PLC and virtual instrument in CEMS.Firstly,it introduces the control request of CEMS and the chosen products.Secondly,it introduces the design of the control programs on PLC and the communication programs of PLC and PC.Finally,it introduces the design of data storage programs and data display programs,it also shows the display interface.
