摘要
提出了一种基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的水电站计算机监控系统的设计方发,在现地控制单元中应用PCC实现机组自动控制、有功和无功的负荷调整等功能,大大提高了监控系统的性能和可靠性。
This paper presents a design method of The Computer Monitoring System of Hydro-Power based on PCC, Using PCC to handle automatic sequence control,active and reactive power control of generator within local control unit,Increasing the performance and reliability of the system.
