摘要
在文中,推导了合成标准不确定及其有效自由度简化计算的通用公式,设计了不确定度评定的Excel电子表格,并在以上相关计算中应用了Excel软件的计算功能。在上述工作的基础上提出了一种简化且快速的评定测量不确定度的方法。
A simplified and rapid method for the evaluation of uncertainty in measurement was proposed in this paper, based on derivation of a general for mula for simplification of calculation of the combined standard uncertainty and effective degree of freedom, on the designing of Excel electronic charts for summarizing and calculation of uncertainty components, and on the ultilization of the computational function of the Excel in the above calculations.
