摘要
采用分级溶剂抽提技术为分离方法,以傅里叶变换红外光谱法为主要分析手段,结合气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱、X-射线衍射光谱以及等离子体发射光谱等,对一种进口工业抛光蜡进行了组成剖析,最终得到6种主要组成:棕榈酸和硬脂酸、氢化动物油、松香树脂、石蜡、α-型二氧化硅和以三氧化二铁为主的无机金属氧化物。
Componental analysis of an imported industrial polishing wax was performed by using Fourier transform IR (FTIR) spectrometry as main analytical method and using GC-MS, XRD and ICP-AES as supplementary methods. Six main components, i. e. , palmitic acid, stearic acid, hydrogenated tallow oil, galipot resin, wax and α-silicon dioxide, were found, and in addition ferric oxide (Fe203) was found as a main inorganic metal oxide. Various components in the sample were separated by classification solvent extraction technique before the identification analysis.
