摘要
钌酸盐中阻浆料导电相的选用比较复杂。用钌酸铋、钌酸铅和RuO2作导电相,制成浆料后,对导电相组分不同的浆料的电性能进行了分析比较。用RuO2、Bi2O3和PbO合成物作导电相的浆料具有令人满意的电性能。
